Host - Players Club

Players Club Host – Bally’s Corporation

As a Players Club Host at Bally’s, you will support the Marketing Department, including Direct Mail, Promotions, Events, and Call Center. This position’s starting wage is $15.

• Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere.
• Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations.
• Assist in greeting all guests, promoting exceptional customer service, and promoting membership into the Players Club.
• Educate guests on the Players Club member benefits and maintain daily procedures regarding Players Club members, including proper identification, filing, and record keeping.
• Issue complimentary amenities consistent with customer activity and handle direct mail inquiries to update customer account information.
• Assist in tracking and reporting coupons and incentives, resolve player complaints and problems with tact and creativity, and support overall daily operations of the Players Club department.
• Ensure compliance with all departmental and company policies, procedures, and Internal Controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must know and comply with Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act requirements and Illinois Gaming Board regulations.
• Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable with casino computer systems.
• High-level public relations and customer service skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Must have a working knowledge of table games and slot machines.
• Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays.

• Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand.
• Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach.
• Occasionally required to sit or stoop.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
