As a Sports Bar Host, you will greet and seat guest in a positive, welcoming manner as they arrive and depart Bally's Sports Bar, take reservations and create daily pre-assigned seating arrangements. This position's starting wage is $15.

• Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for completing assigned side work and checklist.
• Maintain the highest standard of professionalism when interacting with guests and co-workers.
• Take reservations and create daily pre-assigned seating arrangements.
• Greet guest in a positive, welcoming manner as they arrive.
• Responsibilities include keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Bidding farewell to guests, using their name when known and encouraging them to return.
• Working as a team, assisting with guests and employees needs and inquiries.
• Anticipating the guest's needs and responding appropriately with a sense of urgency.
• Responsibilities include maintaining par levels related to inventory ordering and restocking as needed.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to work varied shifts – i.e. days, nights, weekends and holidays

• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
• Respond to visual and aural cues
• Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
