Job SummaryThe Technician – Slots oversees the repair, maintenance, and monitoring of all electronic gaming devices (EGDs) and assists in casino floor activities as business demands. This position’s starting wage is $15.
Essential Functions- Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
- Ensure department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Safeguard, maintain, repair and monitor all electronic gaming devices (EGDs).
- Directly participate in machine moves and conversions.
- Run and analyze machine reports with the ability to explain any inconsistencies.
- Knowledge of all promotions and events.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Knowledge of mechanics required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Pass a company background investigation.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.
- Respond to visual and aural cues.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Able to work flexible shifts.
- Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
