The Technician – Slots oversees the repair, maintenance and monitoring of all electronic gaming devices (EGDs) and assists in casino floor activities as business demands. This position's starting wage is $15.

• Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
• Ensure department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Safeguard, maintain, repair and monitor all electronic gaming devices (EGDs).
• Directly participate in machine moves and conversions.
• Run and analyze machine reports with the ability to explain any inconsistencies.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of mechanics required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.
• Respond to visual and aural cues.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to work flexible shifts.
• Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
