About the Position:
Serves as the District's Subject Matter Expert (SME) in an environment providing technical expertise, guidance, and/or oversight for the District's most complex projects related to their expertise. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
