✅ Requirements

• Experience:
  • Recent Med Surg, Post-Op, or Stepdown experience
  • Comfortable caring for 5–7 patients
  • Surgical/Post-Op experience strongly preferred
• Licenses:
  • Illinois RN license – active at time of submission
  • Iowa RN license (active or proof of application for compact/single-state license)
• Certifications:
  • BLS (AHA) required
