Medical Director Services PC is looking to hire an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to service our Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout the Quad Cities Region in Illinois
.

New graduate applicants are welcome. Excellent salary will be offered, commensurate with experience.

• Serve as the primary care provider for long‑ and short‑term residents, performing patient assessments, physical examinations, and management of medical histories.
• Collaborate with the medical attending/physician and nursing home staff to deliver high‑standard care.
• Build relationships with residents and families, educate them, and formulate evidence‑based care plans aligned with their needs and desires.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, reviewing legislation and advising management on necessary actions.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through workshops, publications, networking, and participation in professional societies.
• Ensure a safe, clean working environment and uphold organizational core values of respect and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate charting, documentation, and timely administration of care.

• Health promotion, thoroughness, clinical skills, patient education, medical teamwork, bedside manner, infection control, medication administration, pain management, and self‑development.
• Board certification (required).

Extensive on‑the‑job training will be provided.
