Weekend Requirements: Every 5th weekend
• Saturday: 19:00–06:30
• Sunday: 06:30–06:30
On-Call Requirements: 1–2 call shifts per week
• One shift end of shift – 06:30
• One shift end of shift – 19:00
Floating Requirements: Must float between Rock Island, Moline, Bettendorf, and Muscatine based on staffing needs
• Required to work 2 of 3 holidays:
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s
• Limit of 1 day off request allowed between:
– 11/26/25 – 11/30/25
– 12/23/25 – 1/2/26
• Illinois RN license must be active at time of submission
• Iowa RN license also required
→ If IA license not active:
Proof of application for IA single-state or compact license is required with compliance packet
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• ACLS (AHA) – Required
• Minimum 2 years recent OR experience
• At least 1 prior travel contract completed
• Work history / Resume
• Skills checklist (completed within 1 year)
• License verification
• Copy of required certifications
• 1 Supervisory reference required at submission
• Proof of taxable address (ONE of the following):
– Driver’s License
