Our Behavioral Health nurses care for patients experiencing a variety of mental health and behavioral health needs, providing new nurses with the opportunity to build strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills. Behavioral Health nurses work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide safe, compassionate, and individualized care.

Nurses gain experience with psychiatric assessments, medication administration, crisis intervention, patient education, and therapeutic communication while building meaningful connections with patients.
