American Traveler is hiring a night-shift Med Surg/Telemetry RN requiring an active IL RN license, IA licensure eligibility, and at least 2 years of Med Surg experience.

• Med Surg/Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• 3x12-hour night shifts, 6:30 PM-7:00 AM
• May be required to float across multiple campuses (Rock Island, Bettendorf, Moline, Muscatine)
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• Patient ratio of 1:5-6
• Uses Epic EMR

• Active IL RN license required at time of consideration
• IA RN license also required, or proof of application for IA single-state or compact license
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required
• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg experience required
• Stepdown/Cardiac experience preferred, as floating to Stepdown unit may be required
• Driver's license required for consideration
• Work history/resume required
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year required
• License verification required
• One supervisory reference from within 2 years of employment/contract required

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• May float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Must have a taxable address outside a 50-mile radius from the facility to qualify for travel rate
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates employed by the facility within the past 12 months may not be eligible for submission
