District Sales Manager - Quad Cities
Join Performance Food service as District Sales Manager to support America’s food distribution system.
Position SummarySupervises sales staff in the Quad Cities district; accountable for sales, profitability and accounts receivable.
Position Responsibilities- Supervise associates: staffing, training, coaching, performance management.
- Develop and conduct monthly sales meetings to educate staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Achieve targeted sales; manage department within budget.
- Build relationships with customers and vendors; address complaints and inquiries.
- Prepare and present major account presentations; analyze competition.
- Process customer rebates and incentives, maintain prospect lists.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 4‑6 years of food service sales and supervisory experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
Base salary $100,000‑$110,000 plus bonus opportunity.
