Practice Setting

Step into a well-established, high-volume pediatric clinic serving a large and loyal patient

base

Supported by three experienced nurse practitioners and an office team

Housed in a modern facility with updated pediatric-specific equipment and exam space

Located within a critical access hospital system focused on patient-centered care

Schedule

Full-time position with a typical Monday-Friday schedule

Flexible options to customize hours in coordination with the Clinic Director

Call responsibilities up to 10 days per month, including:

Rounding on pediatric and newborn inpatients

Performing circumcisions

Attending C-sections and deliveries upon OB request

Strong backup support from hospitalists and emergency medicine teams

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed base salary of $250,000 through hospital employment

Generous $25,000 signing bonus and up to $10,000 in relocation support

Up to $90,000 in student loan repayment
