• 24-hour orthopedic coverage with call and clinic responsibilities
• 5 - 7 calls per week
• Clinic 5 days per week with average of 5 patients per day
• 4 - 5 surgeries per month
• Trauma fellowship training required
• Ongoing coverage needs of 10 - 15 days per month
• Post-operative follow-ups and ER referrals primarily
• Adult and pediatric fracture care
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
