• Argue palette and type with the same evidence you'd bring to an User Research review
• Develop creative campaigns that translate Humana's strategy into compelling storytelling
• Design on-brand visual concepts across digital and print channels for Humana
• Audit existing creative for the thoughtfully-bold inconsistencies nobody flagged sooner

• Proven Interpersonal Skills results, ideally seasoned in Rock Springs, WY
• Interpersonal Skills fundamentals plus the User Research polish clients notice
• Comfort with internship arrangements and the rhythms of an oddball-friendly workplace
• Eagerness to take ownership and run with new responsibilities
• Resilience measured across 1 years of creative cycles
• Working understanding of both User Research and Adobe Illustrator in real-world settings

Across WY, the entrepreneurial creative systems people trust most often turn out to be Humana, built quietly in Rock Springs. Expect a culture where curiosity is rewarded and asking "why" is never seen as a challenge.

We back $36,000 - $53,000 with a growth ladder, a mentor invested in your Wire framing, and benefits that travel with you across Rock Springs, WY.
