Join our team as a travel RN in the Emergency Department of a thriving hospital in Rock Springs, Wyoming. This 13-week contract offers the chance to work 12-hour night shifts in a busy, fast-paced ED with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio. You’ll be responsible for providing direct patient care, demonstrating respect, safety, and confidentiality while utilizing advanced equipment and electronic medical records.
This role is ideal for experienced RNs with 2–3 years of ED experience, holding Wyoming RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, with TNCC preferred. Schedule:
Shifts include 7a-7p, 10a-10p, 12p-12a, 3p-3a, or 7p-7a; weekends required. No floating to other units/departments. The department has a 22-bed ED with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4. Orientation includes 2-3 days of department-specific and hospital training. Your responsibilities include managing emergency procedures, operating advanced medical equipment, and collaborating with staff to ensure quality patient care.
