Inside Sales Assistant

Industrial Supply is looking for an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our Rock Springs team. This full-time position supports our sales team and customers by preparing quotes, assisting with customer accounts, answering sales calls, processing requests, and helping ensure customers receive accurate and timely service. We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with customers.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service by phone, email, and in person.
• Support the sales team with customer accounts and day-to-day needs.
• Prepare quotes and assist with order processing.
• Answer incoming sales calls and help customers with product and order questions.
• Coordinate outsourcing and special-order needs.
• Follow up on customer requests and help resolve issues.
  
  Communicate with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and other team members to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
• Dependable with strong attendance.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, or similar programs.

• Previous inside sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in industrial supply, distribution, construction, or a related industry.
• Familiarity with Industrial Supply systems and products.
• College education or equivalent relevant work experience.
