Floor Hand (Entry Level)

Job DescriptionAssist all operations needed to safely complete all rig operations.
Qualifications- Ability to work as needed both scheduled and unscheduled hours, often out of town for extended periods.
- Oilfield experience preferred but not required.
- Clean driving record; CDL preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate and work with crew effectively.
- Safely assist in all aspects of workover rig operations as directed by the Supervisor and Operator.
- Cross-train to learn all areas of a workover hand.
- Learn to communicate with the Supervisor and Operator as needed.
- Learn the safe operation of MSPSI ancillary equipment (catwalks, pumps, tongs, etc.).
- Complete all assigned tasks in a safe manner.
- Develop a strong working relationship with the crew.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Keep up to date on all training offered by MSPSI.
