In this full-time Plumbing - HVAC Technician role, you'll handle a variety of service calls while enjoying the support of a company that prioritizes your development. We provide uniforms, weekly training, and extensive support to help you earn your plumbing or HVAC licenses. We offer competitive pay ranging from $38,400 to over $100K, depending on your experience and education-plus bonus potential, paid time off (PTO) with accrual immediately upon hire, holidays, and vacation.

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A PLUMBING - HVAC TECHNICIAN

This Position Works Varied Shifts Within Business Hours

• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

OR

• Tuesday through Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm

You begin your day as a Plumbing - HVAC Technician by reviewing your schedule and ensuring your service vehicle is fully equipped for the jobs ahead. Your first call might be a residential heating system that needs maintenance, followed by a plumbing repair or an air conditioning diagnostic. Each job requires your expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail as you work to restore comfort and functionality to your clients' homes.

You communicate clearly with homeowners, explain your findings, and offer solutions they can trust. Occasionally, your day includes a commercial service call, where you apply the same high standards to ensure reliable operation for local businesses. Throughout the day, you take pride in delivering quality service and building strong customer relationships.

OUR IDEAL PLUMBING - HVAC TECHNICIAN

• EPA Type 2 HVAC license
• Possession of basic hand tools
• Clean driver's license

The Following Qualifications Are Preferred

• Plumbing license
• 1+ years of service plumbing or HVAC service experience
• Customer facing experience
• Basic technology (iPad) usage ability
