About the Company
Our client has a long history of manufacturing components for global commercial and agricultural markets. They employ a workforce of 150 associates and have been in business for over 75 years.
Base Pay Range$/yr - $/yr
Additional CompensationAnnual Bonus – 20% annual performance bonus.
Responsibilities- Oversee accounting functions while driving accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Direct a staff of four professionals:
Cost Accountant, AP/AR, and Senior Accountant. - Prepare and issue required financial reports on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- BS in Accounting, MBA, MS and CPA a plus.
- 10+ years leading financial teams in a manufacturing company.
- Proven experience with Cost Accounting, Variance Analysis, Monthly Forecast, Annual Budget, and training and development of accounting professionals.
