Heavy Highway Project Manager - Illinois
I’m partnering with a well-established leader in the construction industry to find a Project Manager
. This client has a proven track record of delivering complex heavy highway and airport projects with precision and excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that values collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.
The Project Manager will work closely with the Project Superintendent to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of heavy highway construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Define and delegate project responsibilities across the team.
- Collaborate with Project Estimators to understand budgets and project scopes.
- Lead regular team meetings, emphasizing budget control and time management.
- Communicate with clients, engineers, architects, and local jurisdictions regarding objectives, schedules, and permits.
- Minimum of 5 years of heavy highway or airport project management experience ($5-$20 million projects).
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
