The role:

Dental Dreams LLC in Rockford, IL is hiring Dental Assistants to join our dedicated team. The DA should have a passion for caring, excellent customer service, and the ability to assist with administrative tasks. The DA should be a team player, well organized, and have great attention to detail. No prior Dental Assistant experience is required.

• Work under the general supervision and guidance of a dentist
• Provide chairside assistance during dental examinations and treatment
• Chart during examinations
• Take and process X‑rays
• Sterilize and maintain instruments and the sterilization area
• Set up and break down operatories
• Assist with supply inventory and ordering
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment
• Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
• Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication

• Bilingual – Spanish (Preferred)
• Excellent customer service experience
• Healthcare experience (Preferred)
• No prior Dental Assistant experience is required
