• Provide medical supervision to CRNAs for approximately 75% of the time, ensuring effective oversight and support.

• Conduct detailed preoperative evaluations to develop tailored anesthesia plans for optimal patient safety and comfort.

• Monitor patients intraoperatively, adjusting anesthesia as needed to maintain stability and achieve excellent outcomes.

• Ensure accurate, compliant documentation of patient care and anesthesia processes in line with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate closely with surgeons, CRNAs, and clinical staff to foster a cohesive, team-oriented approach to care delivery.
