• Deliver high-quality instruction in accordance with the established curriculum and lesson plans
• Facilitate hands-on practical sessions, demonstrating various cosmetology techniques
• Evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support
• Foster a supportive and engaging classroom environment to enhance student learning
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and advancements
• Participate in faculty meetings and continuous professional development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the classroom setting

• Active Teaching License in the State of Illinois
• Teaching credentials or certification in Cosmetology Education is preferred
• Previous experience in a cosmetology role is essential

Salary:
The expected salary range for this position is between $19.00 and $22.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
