Electronics Materials Engineer; Onsite

Position: Electronics Materials Engineer (Onsite)
As part of the Materials and Process Engineering group, you will lead critical investigations into electronic component failures, and ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of high-impact technologies through design and process optimization. Your work will involve analyzing failures, improving process controls, supporting design verification, and collaborating across Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain functions. With a strong focus on electronics packaging, component testing, and design analysis, this role plays a key part in strengthening product integrity and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
** Qualifications You Must Have
** Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
** Qualifications We Prefer
** Proven experience performing root cause analysis on electronic components and assemblies.

Working knowledge of electronic component manufacturing, packaging design, and process control methods, with experience supporting design reviews and verification testing.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively across Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and supplier teams to resolve issues, drive improvements, and align technical goals. Familiarity with IEEE standards, engineering drawing approval processes, and quality systems supporting mature product lines and continuous improvement initiatives.
