Create and optimize mechanical systems and components to meet performance and industry standards.
* Project Leadership:
Manage small to medium-sized engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and resource coordination.
* Problem-Solving:
Address complex engineering challenges using advanced principles and innovative solutions.
* Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality assurance) to integrate systems into broader projects.
* Mentorship:
Guide and support junior engineers to enhance team capabilities and foster professional growth.

*** Expertise in hydraulic valve, fuel system, pump, and electromechanical device design.

* Leadership in mentoring engineering teams and supporting NPI initiatives.

* Greater than 4 years’ experience in related field

* Greater than 8 years’ experience in related field or entry level PhD degree
* Pump development experience
