Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Develop and implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities and improve ergonomics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on yield, cycle time reduction, and waste elimination.
- Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and smooth transition from design to production.
- Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to resolve technical challenges and implement engineering changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a production environment.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of various manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, and automation.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or MES systems
- Hands‑on experience with robotics programming or advanced automation systems
