Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced BIM Model Checker to support our airport infrastructure and baggage handling systems projects. The primary responsibility of this role is to review and verify AutoCAD and Revit models within the Revizto platform, ensuring model accuracy, compliance with design standards, and coordination across multiple disciplines.

• Review AutoCAD and Revit models in Revizto for accuracy, constructability, and design compliance.
• Perform clash detection, markup coordination issues, and ensure timely resolution with design teams.
• Validate model content for baggage handling systems and airport infrastructure layouts.
• Maintain and update coordination models in Revizto and participate in model review meetings.
• Collaborate with BIM managers, design engineers, and project teams to ensure quality control.
• Track and report issues found during model checking and contribute to model improvement processes.
• Ensure models align with project BIM execution plans and applicable standards.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Revizto is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in BIM coordination or model checking.
• Familiarity with baggage handling systems, airport terminal layouts, or material handling systems is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and 3D models.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working on large-scale transportation or aviation projects.
• Knowledge of Navisworks, BIM 360, or other clash detection tools.
• Experience with BIM execution planning and model QA/QC procedures.
