Our organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Engineer to join our dynamic team. This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to work with a team of professionals committed to delivering high-quality engineering solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and proficiency in AutoCAD.

The HVAC Engineer will be a key player in a wide range of projects, from conceptual stages through to final handover, ensuring all work is completed to the highest technical standards.

• Design, develop, and engineer high-quality models using HVAC and MEP systems.
• Utilize AutoCAD to draft and simulate HVAC systems.
• Carry out heating and cooling loads for different structures using industry software.
• Conduct HVAC system conceptual design including equipment selection and system sizing.
• Prepare technical specifications and drawings for tender and construction.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate HVAC systems into the overall building design.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Ensure all HVAC systems are compliant with safety regulations and sustainable design principles.
• Provide troubleshooting and repair support for existing HVAC installations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest HVAC techniques and industry trends.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC system design and engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with complex transactions.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
• In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Certified HVAC Engineer (Professional Engineer or equivalent) is preferred.
