RTX is seeking a co-op in Rockford, IL to support tooling design and manufacturing improvements. You will use Solid Works, AutoCAD, NX, and Teamcenter to create fixtures, shadow boards, and tooling solutions onsite. You will also help revise work instructions and participate in Lean events to optimize production processes.
The role offers hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, processes, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic aerospace environment.
