You will design, optimize, validate, and document processes for new products, ensuring scalable and well‑controlled compounding operations. You will work across Pharmacy Operations and Quality, driving projects from development through implementation.
You will ramp quickly, own defined work streams, and deliver robust processes and documentation for ongoing use after engagement. Travel to Ro locations may be required.
