Chef

We're looking for a relentlessly curious Chef who thrives in a fast-paced internship role based in Rockford, IL. Bring genuinely-flexible Team Leadership and 4 years to Rockford, and the return is $58,000 - $81,000, an internship schedule, and influence that grows.

• Earn the trust to make-it-better judgment calls without a committee
• Map the handoffs between IL teams so nothing falls in the cracks
• Spot the Rockford pattern in feedback before it becomes a complaint
• Keep your TIPS Certification edge sharp as the IL market shifts
• Find the thoughtfully-bold workaround when the official path is blocked
• Make general tradeoffs visible so Entertainment Plus can weigh them

• Comfort interpreting data and translating findings into clear recommendations
• A collaborator's reflex to share credit and absorb blame
• Familiarity with Entertainment Plus-scale workflows, or the appetite to reach them
• A bias toward asking the dumb question before the expensive mistake
• Comfort with internship arrangements and the rhythms of a detail-loving workplace

Entertainment Plus is a small but thoughtfully-bold IL company that punches well above its weight in the general space. Candid, kind feedback is part of the job, and we coach toward growth rather than blame.

We seal the offer with $58,000 - $81,000, mentorship, benefits, and flexibility, the four reasons IL talent picks Entertainment Plus first.
