FAMILY TREE THERAPIES is a pediatric private practice with two locations in Grand Rapids and Rockford, Michigan. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive pediatric speech/language/feeding therapies. We partner with occupational therapy for a holistic approach. Role Description

This is a part-time or full time (we can build your schedule!) on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Rockford & Grand Rapids. Our next Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, communication, language, and swallowing disorders. This role involves developing personalized treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, and working closely with patients and their families to achieve the best outcomes.

They will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals as neede, especially our on site Occupational Therapy partners.

Qualifications

• Passionate therapist that loves kids and loves to learn!
• Skills in assessing and treating a variety of speech, language and feeding disorders
• Experience with dysphagia and managing swallowing disorders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Michigan
• Experience in a private, outpatient clinical setting would be preferred
• Experience with Oral Myofunctional Disorders would be a huge bonus!
• We will consider a strong CF candidate

We understand not every Speech Pathologist has certain experiences/training in Oral Myofunctional Disorders or Feeding Disorders. We offer an excellent, on site training and onboard program. We have supervisors at both locations so you will always have someone to trust and feel very supported in your learning.

We have been together as Family Tree Therapies since 2008, we are therapist owned and have been under the same leadership for all of our years together. We offer an excellent salary, performance pay, reasonable caseload, 401K, Health Insurance & continuing education monies. Most schedules can be 4 days a week to be considered full time.
