Our team is growing, and we’re looking for top caliber Physical Therapists to join us in our Rockford, IL locations. We’re FOX Rehabilitation, a multi-state, professional private practice of independent clinicians who visit patients and provide evidence-based geriatric care. • Deliver proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to wear PPE, including masks, face shields, goggles, gloves, and gowns

In Illinois, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $65,000 - $105,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
