We're hiring experienced Therapist-OT-Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Rockford, Illinois — earn up to ($1964 - $2067 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in various settings.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.
• Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics.
• Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes.

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure for Occupational Therapy in Illinois.
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
• Experience in providing occupational therapy in diverse settings.
• Ability to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in therapy.
• Strong communication skills for educating clients and families.
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse client needs.
• Excellent documentation skills for monitoring client progress.
