Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related healthcare field. Preferred
• Graduate of an AMA accredited educational program for Respiratory Care. Required

Work Experience

• Previous clinical leadership experience. Preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in all aspects of pediatric and neonatal respiratory care at a level III NICU. Required

Licenses & Certifications

• Current RT licensure in the State of Illinois. Required
• Completion of neonatal / pediatrics specialty examination of the National Board of Respiratory Care. Required
• Current BLS/CPR certification. Required
• Valid NRP course completion. Required
• ACLS & PALS certification. Required
