As a therapist with Clarvida, you’ll play an essential role in supporting children and youth in the foster care system, working both in foster homes and the office to create positive, lasting impact. You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing individual counseling that addresses clients’ mental health needs, transition challenges, and long-term permanency goals. In addition, you’ll support and train foster families, empowering them to provide stable and nurturing environments.

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing individual counseling addressing clients’ mental health needs, transition challenges, and long-term permanency goals.
• Support and train foster families, empowering them to provide stable and nurturing environments.
• Participate in supervision to assist with case assessments and enhance professional skills.

• Master’s Degree in a human service field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, etc.).
• Experience providing services to children, youth, and families in a treatment environment.
• Valid State Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• If relocating to Illinois, an IL driver’s license must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

• Full-time annual salary: $46,000 – $50,000
• Four-day work week (Monday–Thursday)
