Qualifications
- Graduate of an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy. Required
- Completion of ASHP-accredited residency. Preferred
- Must provide copy of diploma/degree for highest level of education obtained. Required
Licenses & Certifications
Be eligible or has taken Multi-state Pharmacy Jurisprudence Exam (MPJE) and North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX) to become licensed in the State of Illinois. Required
