D from an accredited college or university PGY2 residency in health-system pharmacy administration or equivalent experience 3+ years of health-system pharmacy leadership experience (administrative experience in a complex health system preferred) Licensed or eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in Illinois and Wisconsin Board certification through the Board of Pharmacy Specialists preferred Advanced knowledge of pharmacy operations, leadership, and regulatory compliance Proficiency with EPIC EMR and Microsoft Office Suite
