Your RoleProvide strategic leadership and operational oversight of all acute care pharmacy departments
Develop and implement policies, programs, and protocols across the system
Ensure regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, USP 797 / 800, state / federal regulations)
Lead performance improvement initiatives and monitor department metrics
Oversee fiscal management including staffing, budget, and resource allocation
Mentor and develop pharmacy managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence
Participate in key committees, including Pharmacy & Therapeutics, Antimicrobial Stewardship, and Patient Safety

QualificationsPharm
D from an accredited college or university
PGY2 residency in health-system pharmacy administration or equivalent experience
3+ years of health-system pharmacy leadership experience (administrative experience in a complex health system preferred)
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in Illinois and Wisconsin
Board certification through the Board of Pharmacy Specialists preferred
Advanced knowledge of pharmacy operations, leadership, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency with EPIC EMR and Microsoft Office Suite
