As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) at Symbria, you’ll work side by side with Occupational Therapists to create personalized treatment plans that empower patients to regain independence. Your dedication will make a real difference in the community while supporting a collaborative environment.

• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and confidence in everyday tasks.
• Maintain productivity standards and ensure accurate documentation.
• Be an integral part of a compassionate interdisciplinary team.
• Build meaningful connections with residents and their families.

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a valid or pending state license (New grads welcome!).
• Experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehab is great—though not required.
