Physical Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a full‑time Physical Therapy Assistant for an on‑site position in Rockford, IL or one of our satellite facilities in Belvidere, Byron, Dixon, Loves Park or Winnebago. In this role, you will assist physical therapists in providing quality patient care and implementing treatment plans. Day‑to‑day tasks include performing therapy techniques, directing therapeutic activities, motivating and educating patients, and maintaining detailed treatment records.

You will play a critical role in empowering patients to achieve their rehabilitation goal.

• State licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
• Ability to work compassionately with diverse patient populations
• Previous clinical experience or training in a rehabilitation setting is a plus
