Dementia Caregiver

Rockford, Illinois | $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Part-time and full-time opportunities may be available based on client needs.

Good memory care begins with patience, consistency, and respect for the person.

All Care Health is seeking caregivers interested in supporting clients living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other memory-related changes in their own homes.

• Provide companionship, reassurance, and familiar daily routines.
• Assist with personal care, meals, medication reminders, mobility, and safety monitoring.
• Use calm redirection and supportive communication.
• Provide respite for family caregivers.
• Report changes or concerns and support independence whenever safely possible.

Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care is helpful, but all applicants are considered.

• Family caregiving experience may be relevant.
• Patience, calm communication, observation, reliability, and respect for dignity matter.
• Applicants should be willing to learn and able to follow the client service plan.
