Caregiver​/Home Care Aide

Rockford, Illinois | $17.50-$20.00 per hour

All Care Health provides reliable non-medical home care in Rockford and surrounding communities. We are looking for dependable caregivers who take pride in showing up, treating clients with dignity, and making everyday life easier.

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and daily routines.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping, laundry, and home organization.
• Provide companionship, medication reminders, errands, and transportation when assigned.
• Support clients with dementia, memory changes, or other day-to-day care needs.
• Follow the client service plan and communicate changes or concerns appropriately.

All applicants are considered. Professional caregiving experience is welcomed, but it is not the only background that can make someone successful in home care.

• Dependability, patience, respect, communication, and willingness to learn.
• Family caregiving, customer service, hospitality, direct support, CNA, or senior-care experience may all be relevant.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently in client homes are important for many assignments.
