Overview

ASM Global has an opening for Catering/Concession/Suite Staff for BMO Center and Coronado Theatre. The primary function is to provide a high-quality service for banquets, concessions, and events.

• Serves food to guests with a high level of customer service.
• Fosters teamwork and maintains positive client relationships.
• Maintains high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas.
• Strives to provide guests with a memorable experience by anticipating their needs.
• Assists with preparation and set-up of event rooms when necessary.
• Ensures health codes are followed.
• Prepares food and beverages for customers.
• Follow all rules and regulations for serving alcohol.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Attention to detail.
• Good oral and written communication skills and ability to understand instructions and guest requests.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands, delays, or unexpected events.

• Regularly move around the facility; stand for long hours during events; talk and hear. Work inside or outside of the building as needed by events.
• Daily lifting to 20 lbs; constant reaching, stooping, standing, and walking; balance serving trays and maintain good manual dexterity.
• Work inside and outside including parking lots with exposure to adverse conditions.
• Repetitive eye/hand coordination in performing duties.

• $15/hour; hours based on event schedule
