Employee Relations Consultant

Work Schedule

100% FTE, Full-time. Day shift, M-F 8 am‑4:30 pm. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related area.
• Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations or related area. (Preferred)

• 3 years of human resource generalist experience. (Required)
• 5 years of employee relations experience. (Preferred)
• 6 years of human resource generalist experience. (Preferred)

• PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP. (Preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License. (Required)
