Savant is currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Team. This senior level recruiter supports the firm-wide talent acquisition process from candidate sourcing through evaluation and hiring. This includes ensuring deployment of a consistent, professional talent acquisition process that results in top talent, a positive experience for all candidates, and upholding a positive reputation of Savant. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in advancing Savant’s talent strategy by leading full‑cycle recruitment for advisory, niche, and leadership/executive roles across the firm.

This position blends high‑touch search execution with strategic talent advisory, stewarding a best‑in‑class candidate and hiring manager experience that reflects Savant’s mission, values, and talent philosophy. As a key member of the Talent Effectiveness & Acquisition team, this role partners closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent aligned to both current and future business needs.

Financial

Advisor Talent Acquisition
  • Own full‑cycle recruitment for financial advisors and business development professionals, ensuring rigorous assessment aligned to Savant’s Advisory Success Profiles and Paths to Success standards.
  • Build strong relationships with regional and national advisory leaders to stay ahead of hiring needs and market trends.
  • Develop sourcing strategies targeting experienced advisors, career changers, and emerging talent.
Executive & Niche Search Leadership
  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment (sourcing through closing) for executive‑level roles, director roles, and highly specialized/niche positions across the firm.
  • Develop customized search strategies for complex and competitive roles—including market research and competitor intelligence.
  • Manage relationships with external search partners when appropriate; ensure consistent alignment with Savant’s expectations, culture, and hiring standards.
  • Deliver proactive pipelines for anticipated high‑impact role.
Training
  • Train hiring managers on talent acquisition and serve as the primary contact for hiring leads.
  • Train hiring teams in interviewing, assessment, and effective hiring practices. Prepare them to conduct interviews efficiently and make strong offer packages.
  • Assist leaders and talent management with onboarding plans for new hires.
Strategic Talent Partnering
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and interview strategies that align with Savant’s performance standards and talent philosophy.
  • Facilitate structured and consistent hiring processes, ensuring clarity, accountability, and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Provide data‑driven insights to support hiring decisions, workforce planning, and executive reporting.
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Savant’s values and clear, timely communication and transparent expectations throughout the process.
  • Partner with Talent Effectiveness & Marketing to strengthen employer brand presence, especially in niche and advisory markets.
  • Represent Savant at universities and networking forums.
  • Provide flexible recruiting support across the organization during periods of high volume, ensuring timely hiring outcomes and balanced workloads across the TA team.
Performance Outcomes
  • Build strong trust and credibility with advisory leaders, HRBPs, and senior executives.
  • Successfully lead multiple executive and high‑impact searches with quality outcomes and exceptional candidate feedback.
  • Establish proactive pipelines for advisory and niche roles.
  • Demonstrate mastery of Savant’s talent philosophy, performance standards, and success profiles and integrate them consistently into hiring decisions.
  • Identify and deliver process or efficiency improvements within the TA function.
