• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Mission Tracker.
• Regularly audit and clean data to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
• Support program staff in entering and managing client data effectively and in compliance with agency and funding requirements.
• Generate routine and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., grant reporting, board presentations).
• Train staff on data entry standards, HMIS protocols, and privacy/confidentiality best practices.
• Identify and resolve data entry errors or gaps in collaboration with program teams.
• Monitor data quality metrics and provide feedback to improve overall data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with HUD and other funder data standards and regulations.
• Assist in preparing for audits, evaluations, or site visits related to data or program performance.
• Contribute to the development of data-informed strategies for improving client outcomes and service delivery.

• Experience with HMIS or similar case management systems (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data for reporting and decision-making.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for staff collaboration and training.
• Familiarity with data privacy laws and ethical handling of sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization/reporting tools.
• Passion for social impact and serving vulnerable populations.
