Entry-Level Project Manager

Overview

Join Epic as an Entry‑Level Project Manager at our Madison, WI campus. The role supports software installations and ensures new Epic customers go live smoothly.

This position is based at the Epic campus in Madison, WI. Epic provides financial relocation assistance to eligible candidates.

• Coordinate end‑user training and comprehensive support as Epic software goes live with hospitals and health systems.
• Present project status to hospital leadership and maintain collaboration across product, design, sales, marketing, and legal teams.
• Travel across the US (and internationally if desired) to support onsite installations and new customer onboarding.
• Use project management skills to organize calendars, meetings, deliverables, and communications for each installation project.
• Make autonomous decisions with Epic’s full support and guidance.

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (any major) required.
• Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days, typically 1‑2 trips per month lasting 2‑4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed) required.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
• No software experience required.
