Department: Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services

Responsibilities include:

Providing break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Re-imaging devices and reinstalling/configuring applications as needed.

Troubleshooting Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise applications.

Coordinating with third-party vendors for escalations and hardware replacements.

Documenting issues and resolutions in the IT service management system (e.g., Service Now, Remedy).

Supporting all applications and managing PC hardware/software, OS, directory services, printing, and applications.

Supporting printers, network configuration, driver installation, and vendor coordination.

Installing and configuring desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

Providing onsite and remote technical assistance to end-users.

Managing ticket queues within SLA parameters and updating end-users accordingly.

Developing standard configurations, installation, and configuration procedures.

Coordinating with vendors and support groups for hardware repair, support, and service upgrades.

Supporting onsite/offsite events, disaster recovery, and emergency responses.

Supporting O365, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, Networking, and Firewall configurations.

Providing 2nd line support, incident, and problem management following ITIL processes.

Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including users, management, IT teams, vendors, and project teams.

Candidate profile:

7+ years of experience in Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services.
Bachelor’s degree required.
US Citizens only; candidates must work 100% onsite at the assigned location, 5 days a week.
Experience in Windows 10/11, Android, Mac OS, MS Office, LAN/WAN, WiFi, VOIP, and related technologies.
Excellent communication and people skills.
