Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts and data engineers.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and career development sessions.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient and reliable data integration from multiple sources into Snowflake.
Lead the development and implementation of BI solutions using Tableau and other tools.
Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of data analytics solutions.
Analyze complex datasets to answer key questions from stakeholders and drive business performance improvements.
Create source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for data sets.
Propose data-driven solutions and strategies to address business challenges.
Develop best-practice reports and dashboards based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
Present information using advanced data visualization techniques to communicate insights effectively.
Document all processes, methodologies, and findings thoroughly.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, maintaining high standards for handling Protected Health Information (PHI).

Requirements
